J.Y. Jarman, named J.Y. Jarman because, well, you know, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, J.K. Rowling, A. A. Milne, R. L. Stine, and maybe others I’m sure! The Candle and the Lizard is J.Y. Jarman’s first book. Set for ages -10 months to post-physical-body spirits. With illustrations by Emily Weissman, edited by Hayley Reed, and designed and formatted by Noah Schenirer, this book is the culmination of a 3 year journey that started as a simple story given to J.Y.’s wife as a gift in lieu of something material as they were traveling abroad during her birthday. Aptly dedicated, “to our future kids”.
