Whenever you experience Halley Greg’s music for the first time, you immediately know what she’s getting at. Her songs are infectious and beautiful, but what I find to be so incredible about her writing is the transparency and ease of communication using her lyrics and musical ideas. We had a chance to chat about how she’s gone from being a high school science teacher to a well known performer and collaborator in Seattle, and the making of her 2019 album “American Harlot”.
